  If I could give 0 stars I would. It took OVER A YEAR AND HALF for this cemetery to do their job. My parents headstone was incomplete for over a year and half- keep in mind it was PAID in full at the time of my mother's passing in 2014. My step dad passed in 2015 and as of last week his DOD was still NOT on his headstone. When I called and asked about it a man named Allen was particularly RUDE about it. Only when I demanded my money back, was when they actually decided to complete the headstone.
